Kemptronix Conductivity Transmitter MF 401

Brix Measurement with conductivity
Features
Sugar industry has employed conductivity-based sensors to elucidate the condition of boiling massecuite, in order to control batch and continuous raw sugar vacuum pans. Despite their advantages of low capital cost, ease of installation, and low maintenance requirements, conductivity probes are influenced by many factors, Which Limits the use of these probes only for low purity massecuite and molasses. Low frequency based system creates additional problem due to scaling and output is severely affected by boiling/melting conditions. Kemptronix has come up with the sensor based on higher band of frequency yet keeping its cost low.
Features
- Most
suitable for continuous pan, Melter and molasses conditioners automation.
- System is optimized for PLC/DCS Based automation System.
- Substantial reduction in cleaning/Washing of sensor due to higher frequency band.
- Rugged and reliable Sensor assembly.
- State of art technology used for Transmitter.
- Stable and repeatable Brix transmitter Output.
- Built in auto cleaning integral with sensor.
